Step 1: Go to Start Menu » All Programs » Exchange BKF Recovery tool.

Step 2: Click on the Load button on the menu bar & goes to the browse option.

Step 3: After that choose the damage Exchange BKF file and click Open button from the location on your system.

Step 4: On the next screen you will see the loading procedure will be started as shown below. Note: If your Exchange database file is highly corrupted then you can use Advance Scan option which will lie at the very end.

Step 5: When the loading process completed, you can easily view the selected files as shown in the below screen

Step 6:Then click on Extract option available on the menu bar that extract the repaired BKF files from damage Exchange BKF file

Step 7:When you click on the Extract option, application will ask to choose the desired path where you want to restore the recovered Exchange BKF files, as shown below then click OK button.
